Our purchase was far from easy, in fact, it was one of the most stressful times of our lives. Our first lender backed out due to some unclear ‘complexities’ of the property, three days after our initial closing. This caused a potential domino effect three property transactions deep. Stephanie helped my wife and I buy a vacation/investment property in June 2015. We were refereed to her by a friend.
