Stephanie helped my wife and I buy a vacation/investment property in June 2015. We were refereed to her by a friend. We are from out of state and needed to set up some quick showings while we were going to be in the area. She got everything set up and we spent a few hours together looking around. We did not find anything we liked and she followed up with a couple more. We found one in the second batch and made and offer. We were out of state at this point and Stephanie did a wonderful job through the process. We were not able to be at the inspection and had a couple issues with the house come up.
